This map can help you learn about the different neighborhoods in the Daytona Beach and Flagler County areas. It can also help you get an idea about prices, developments, and the types of homes available in each area. (See Optional Step 2 after selecting an Area.)
Unfortunately, some agents are not accurate when they enter listings into the MLS system. So, for example, if the text description says that Breakaway Trails is in Area 48, but you find homes listed as being in Breakaway when you look at Area 43 or Area 44 or whatever, this was caused by a coding error on the part of the listing agent. Similarly, if you are looking for a home in Breakaway Trails, you cannot be certain that you have seen every house just by looking at Area 48.
